Welcome to the
Toronto Flute School
“Learning a musical instrument offers many benefits to students beyond the knowledge of music and the joy of making it: improved learning skills and concentration, enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as how to establish long-term goals and carry them through to fruition.”

Celebrating our 15th year!
The Toronto Flute School is currently accepting new students of all ages and skill levels.
Please take some time to look around our website. We offer quality flute lessons at all skill levels from beginners holding the instrument for the first time through to musicians who play at a professional level. Our Suzuki-method lessons allow students as young as three years old to begin playing, and our flute ensemble program allows students to bring together what they're learning in their lessons into a group situation that can actually accelerate their progress. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Simply click HERE to speak to us on the phone or to send us an email.
Students and parents: The second semester class schedule is now posted on the Schedules page (see menu bar above or “Quick links” below). Important dates for the 2012/2013 school year are also posted on the same page.
(The music playing on this page is "Three Watercolours – I. On A Clear Morning" by Philippe Gaubert, from the CD Entre Nous by Musica Viva; Vicki Blechta, Flute; Grigory Goldberg, ’Cello; and Cecilia Ignatieff, Piano.)
